Returns Policy

If you wish to return something, please ensure the following:

Return is within 14 days of receiving your order

All items must be in mint condition and in original packaging.

All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package along with copy of receipt. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the Customer and will not be refunded.

Return shipments must be made using the service used for original delivery

We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund.

We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.

The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. We aim to process all refunds in a quick and timely manner, however in some instances it may take a little time. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

In case returned merchandise was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.
